Precise volume control is achieved through the digital timer interface, allowing users to input the required filling time. For instance, filling a 2 oz bottle might take 4 seconds, a 275 ml bottle 13 seconds, and a 750 ml bottle 25 seconds (based on water). Adjustments can be made down to .01 seconds, and the digital timer retains settings in its memory until modified by the user. This is a great alternative to vacuum filling.
The XF 4-Spout Volumetric Filler can be enhanced with a small-bottle adapter tray, boosting bottling efficiency based on bottle size.
This Volumetric Filler is an ideal solution for a wide range of liquids; including wine, distilled spirits, vinegar, liqueurs, olive oil, or other products with a viscosity level lower than 500 cps. Additionally, this filler is well-suited for non-rigid bottles, such as plastic or paper bottles.
