The Table Top Overflow vacuum filler for overflow filling preserving liquid in glass jars. 110V single-phase electric vacuum pump. A filling head in food grade plastic material and stainless steel AISI 316 included in the supply. Second head proposed as an option. The preserving liquid must be drawn from a drum or a container placed on the ground or in any case lower than the machine. The product can also be hot packaged (max 90 ° C).

The components of this filling system will handle alcohol content up to 90% but this is NOT certified explosion proof and should be used in well ventilated area. It should be noted that 70% alcohol is 140 proof and has a flash point of 70 Degrees Frarenheit, making the product volatile as well as flammable. The standard version has an onboard electric motor and the Pneumatic version does not. Neither system is Atex Certified and the Pneumatic version is recommended for products with the highest alcohol content (read below).
