The Maurer MDSP 3500 is a fully automatic double belt press capable of processing up to 7,700 lbs of fruit per hour at a 75% juice yield. It features an enclosed work area to minimize juice oxidation and exposure to external elements with an enclosed removable juice collection hopper and pump. It features the smallest distance between pressing roller and collection tank of any belt press in its class, reducing the amount of foam in the collected juice. The MSP 1100's pneumatic leveling system will automatically adjust the rollers to ensure the belt maintains tension and pressure is evenly distributed at all times. Additionally, the press is outfitted with dual spinning washer heads that clean the belt while in operation.
The entire machine can be controlled via the onboard touchscreen control unit or wirelessly using a phone, tablet, or computer. The press can easily be disassembled and reassembled within a matter of minutes without using any tools.
