The Zambelli T-250 ICDR is a Flexible Impeller Variable Speed/Frequency Drive Oenological Pump with Inverter and wireless Radio Control for racking wine, and transferring mustor other foodstuffs constructed from AISI 304 Stainless Steel. The flexible impeller is made of food-grade high density EPDM (a far more durable and chemically resiliant substance than traditional rubber or silicone) and seals are constructed of Viton. Suction is ambivalent in both rotating directions and the unbroken flow avoids shaking the transferred juices. The speed of the T-250 Variable Frequency Drive Pump can be adjusted between 20 & 750 RPM to achieve ultimate refinement, maximum efficiency, and everything in between.
The wireless remote can start and stop the pump as well as adjust the flowrate. In addition to these function, the on-board digital control unit can set and control the duration of pump cycles.
Available with either 1-Ph or 3-Ph motor.
