The Zambelli T-110 VM155 is a Flexible Impeller Variable Speed Oenological Pump with mechanical variator for racking wine, or transferring must and foodstuffs constructed from AISI 304 Stainless Steel. The flexible impeller is made of food-grade high density EPDM (a far more durable and chemically resiliant substance than traditional rubber or silicone). Suction is ambivalent in both rotating directions and the unbroken flow avoids shaking the transferred juices. The pump is complete with Bypass and connectors. The speed of the T-110 VM155 Pump can be adjusted between 155 & 1000 RPM using the mechanical variator (pump must be in operation to adjust speed) to achieve ultimate refinement, maximum efficiency, and everything in between.
