The Zambelli Effe 50 Destemmer Crusher features a Wide-Load Hopper with Feeding Auger, variable speed Destemming Drum and Shaft, removable Crushing Unit, motorized Must Collection Hopper with Auger, and telescoping legs. Powered by two 220-volt single-phase motors, the Effe 50 is capable of destemming and crushing up to 4 - 5 tons of grapes per hour. The rotational speed of the Destemming Drum and Shaft can quickly and easily be adjusted while in operation with the mechanical variable speed control. The Destemming Shaft is outfitted with rubber paddles that are adjustable in depth and angle.
The Effe 50 is equipped with a hinged Crushing Unit that can easily be detached to retrieve destemmed whole berries without crushing them. Housed within the Crushing Unit is a pair of rubber rollers that can be adjusted on the fly to provide the desired level of crushing. The Destemmer is also supplied with a wheeled Must Collection Hopper containing a motorized Central Auger to ensure that the destemmed grapes are continuously being fed to your transfer pump.
