The Sirio Hydraulic Vertical Press by CEP Italy is the result of over 50 years of industry-leading oenological innovation. With exacting precision, the Sirio Press is designed to exert equal pressure on each grape, from the press plate to the basin, while avoiding the cellular breakdown of any physical particle, to ensure that the highest quality juice is extracted without the production of lees. The on-board programmable control box enables you to set multiple pressing cycles and program the pressure and duration of each cycle.
Every Sirio Press has an AISI 304 Stainless Steel Cage, Press Plate, and Basin. The Sirio 80 & Sirio 100 include a stainless-steel cart for transporting the basket to and from the press, while the Sirio 130 & Sirio 150 features CEP’s innovative forklift Basin. Each Press is also equipped with a shock-resistant polycarbonate Cage Shield, Dripping Diaphragm, and Automatic Cage Lift System.
