Enolmaster/Enolmatic Oil Bath Vacuum Filter - Enolmaster/Enolmatic Motor Air Filter
The Enolmaster Oil Bath Vacuum Filter is used to bottle liqueurs, thin syrups, Limoncello, or other sugary products, as well as hot products such as juice (without pulp). This filter is required to preserve the life of your vacuum pump which will clog and fail prematurely without it.
- The Oil Bath Filter is to be installed between the vacuum pump and the recovery vessel (as shown in image) and must be filled with food grade mineral oil.
- This filter captures and traps the sugar ladened moisture out of the air that is being pulled through the vacuum system of the filler collecting it on a filter/screen inside the unit where it then drops, as a liquid, into the bottom of hte filter instead of being pulled into the diaphragm of the filler's on board pump.

- This item does not come with any Enolmaster configuration as standard equipment and must be purchased separately. Failure as a result of operating your Enolmaster to bottle one of the aforementioned items without this filter will not be covered under warranty
