Zambelli Bladder Presses extract high quality yields of juice from grapes, apples, and other fresh fruit due to the uniform distribution of pressure toward the outer cage as the bladder fills at a steady rate (which can be adjusted manually). Made entirely of AISI stainless steel (incLuding the painted base and chassis), the Zambelli hydropress is simple to operate, cost effective and is an excellent way of producing high quality juice. Includes mechanical lift arm.

The bladder is then inflated by means of mains water pressure (operating pressure is 3 bar) and the juice is squeezed out of the press and runs freely down the outside of the press wall into a collection tray at the bottom. The juice can then be pumped into a storage tank. Typical pressing time takes about 30 minutes.
