Star San Sanitizer is an acid-based, odorless, tasteless, non-toxic sanitizing concentrate that does not need to be rinsed. Simply mix the concentrate to the proper dilution, and Star San's foaming action will sanitize carboys, fermenters, utensils, bottles and more. The foaming action penetrates hard to reach nooks and crannies.
Recommended Use:
- Mix 1 oz of Star San and 5 gal of water. This will provide 300ppm of dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid.
- Soak equipment in solution.
- After 1-2 minutes of contact time, drain sanitizing solution from your equipment.
- Do not rinse.
