Crafted to accommodate a range of liquids, our filler employs PMMA (polymethylmethacrylate) suction cylinders for alcohol content up to 20%, ensuring compatibility. For beverages exceeding 20% alcohol content, please choose the AISI 316 stainless steel cylinders and appropriate seal/gasket kit(s).
To achieve the most accurate and precise standards, this machine comes equipped with AISI 316 stainless steel no-drip nozzles (ø 20 mm) with silicone and HPU gaskets. The no-drip nozzle provides support and flexibility for various bottle sizes, catering to minimum and maximum dimensions.
Experience true convenience with our self-priming design, effortlessly drawing liquid from the source or storage without the need for an external pump. A built-in sight glass serves multiple functions, such as: air venting, excess liquid recovery, and release of excessive pressure within the bottle.
