Zambelli ATON presses stand out for their special constructive innovation: with only one trolley and suitable stands you may either move the whole press or use more cages for each working cycle. The oleodinamic gearbox is outfitted with a microcontacts gauge which automatically controls both the stop and the restart of the pump at the desired pressure and length of time. The ATON has two pressing modes: Manual and Automatic.
In Manual mode, the press will operate continuously at a maximum pressure set by the user—up to 350 Bar (5,075 PSI).
Automatic mode features a three-program pressing system that allows for 10 steps of increasing levels of pressure and pressing times per cycle. Programs 1 and 2 have been pre-set by Zambelli’s experts. Program 3 is completely customizable; allowing the user to set the number of steps, pressure levels, pressing times, and deltas.
