This is a premium grade Agglomerated Wine Cork that has been Colmated. Colmated is a sealing process where cork dust fills fissures and holes after the cork is formed resulting in superior performance and appearance to standard Agglomerate corks. This cork is considered superior to a standard agglomerated cork and many lower grade natural corks.
